![]() All my other emulators (SNES, NES, Gameboy, Sega 32x/Dreamcast/Mega Drive, Game Gear et al.) all have sound and work like a charm. I've gotten these games from a reputable site where I've always gotten PS1 roms from and have played them on my PSV, all have music so this may be a problem with pcsx, not sure however or what to check. RE1- Has sound effects and music (Walking, gunshots etc) but no talkingĪll games play perfectly except for the sound issues and all large file sizes so I assume I'm getting the full download. Medal of Honor- No dialogue but has music Not sure what graphics card you have, it's memory bandwidth, it's temperature, fan speed, what pixel shader it has. I've tried 2 different versions of RE1 (Standard and directors cut and both have no dialogue. i also had a problem with no sound in some of the latest svn builds but fixed it by changing to 2-DirectSound (nice) tbh i'm surprised no-one has mentioned it before. I'll add that all games I am playing have. If deleting the Retroarch configuration files doesn't help I would suggest you try to copy the Retroarch folder that came with your Bleemsync download onto your flash drive again. Finally got some PS1 games to work and now want to play them except now after plugging my Pi4 into my TV I have either no dialogue/talking or music. Beyond that I'm not sure what might work here. Did you try deleting the Retroarch configuration files yet? That should restore Retroarch to it's default and working state. The controller works in Bleemsync though right? Hmm. ![]() ![]() If you aren't getting any controller response in Retroarch now i think it could perhaps have to do with some Bleemsync settings. Retroboot is based on 1.78 Retroarch and I believe the Bleemsync Retroarch uses the updated 1.79 build. The Retroarch bundled with Bleemsync should be very similar to it though. Retroboot is a standalone PlayStation Classic version of Retroarch and it also comes bundled with the full Autobleem package. I've never used Bleemsync except briefly to install the OTG support. Okay so you must be using the Retroarch that comes with Bleemsync. Your menu and core options will have been defaulted to normal but this should fix the audio. Now safely remove the flash drive and pop it back in your PSC. In that folder is a another folder labeled "retroboot", open it. Now go back to the folder labeled "retroarch" you previously opened. In this folder delete retroarch.cfg and retroarch-core-options.cfg. In the parent directory of your flash drive labeled "SONY" find the folder labeled "retroarch" and open it. Take your usb flash drive out of the PSC and put it in your PC. Of course you'd have to redo your Retroboot menu and core options but you'd keep your save files, playlists and games. ![]() Once you delete the files Retroboot will automatically regenerate them when you run it again. I've ruined my Retroboot setup many times by experimenting with options but this always fixes it for me. If switching to alsa doesn't fix your audio problem you may need to reset your Retroboot configuration files. Hi the default audio driver in the Retroarch driver menu is "alsa". u/Newbornfromhell's 20 in 1 Theme Pack for Autobleem, rehosted by /u/jmwilkes76!
